In this introduction to Kamilla Elliott’s chapter, Davidsson provides an introduction to Elliott as a scholar and an overview of the key topics of Elliott’s text and the following discussion. The text summarises Elliott’s comparison of her own approach to media with Elleström’s but also draws lines to contributions by other scholars in this book.
