ABSTRACT
What is “migrantis voluntas”? It is the reason that prompts immigrants to move from where they belong to another Country. It is the desire to live a better life and, in legal lexicon, it is the desire to affirm the right to a dignified life. Obviously, happiness and dignified life are not common jargon, but legally relevant words generally recognized by the highest charters of national and international legal systems.
