ABSTRACT
The introduction illustrates the objectives and the structure of the book. It also presents a snapshot of the main findings of the work. This book aims to provide a general overview of the global trends related to the accommodation of diversity within the constitutional tradition. Based on this, it will then offer some theoretical considerations that aim to support the introduction of a renewed conceptual framework to recognize and validate the most innovative models for diversity accommodation and possibly foster their development.
