ABSTRACT
This chapter draws on original data gathered from the authors during the process of writing to explore the issues involved in working on interdisciplinary themes such as combining PLLT and multilingualism. The analysis of the narratives offers a fresh data-driven perspective on authentic experiences of working in an interdisciplinary space. This chapter will offer valuable insights into further pathways for scholarship, advice for those starting out in the field, and words of caution for any empirical interdisciplinary endeavour.
