ABSTRACT
The purpose of chapter six is to present the second portion of the results of our empirical research. In this chapter, we present the identified and originally categorized risk mitigation actions employed in the analysed organizations of the financial, construction and IT sectors during the pandemic. We looked for such actions in the internal documentation of the respective companies. The quoted fragments of the indicated source documents underwent a qualitative content analysis and were coded accordingly. The results of this analysis form the final part of the chapter. On this basis, we were able to develop a visualization reflecting the classification and comparison of the mitigation actions implemented during the pandemic.
