ABSTRACT

This chapter examines the testimonial narratives of children and families migrating from Mexico to the US, focusing on three key texts: Dreamers/Soñadores by Yuyi Morales, Hear My Voice/Escucha mi voz compiled by Warren Binford, and Tell Me How It Ends/Los Niños Perdidos by Valeria Luiselli. These works present migration stories from different angles, blending autobiography, testimonial, and non-fiction. The chapter explores how these narratives use different formats to engage readers emotionally and politically, highlighting the challenges of narrating displacement and global injustice.
