ABSTRACT

It is essential to assess whether a purported paradigm shift genuinely represents a transformative advance in knowledge or merely a rebranding of existing ideas. This chapter adopts a critical perspective towards paradigm shifts, questioning established norms and exploring alternative viewpoints.
