ABSTRACT
The chapter begins with the presentation of four premises of the new general management paradigm—individual, organizational, managerial, and societal—that have led to its emergence and particular characteristics. The largest part of the chapter is focused on the concept of the manager/leader–relevant stakeholder general management paradigm, including its definition; two components; content; theoretical–scientific and pragmatic operational facets; 14 features; and its advantages and limits. In the last part, two specific original management mechanisms for the implementation of the new paradigm are presented, namely, the managerial synapse and company–relevant stakeholder-based management system and philosophical and managerial significances and impact. For the reader, the chapter is essential because it provides elements necessary to understand the content, importance, and ways to implement the “manager/leader–relevant stakeholder” revolutionary concept in the management philosophy, science, and practice.
