ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence (AI) literacy is fully explained in this chapter in order to ensure that you understand its overall idea, its importance, and all of its key components (Awareness, Capability, Knowledge, and Critical Thinking). Aspects of prompt engineering and using an advanced prompt formula will be covered to enhance AI usage efficiencies and overall capabilities. The need to understand different AI terms and phrases will be covered as well as issues dealing with data safety and security. The importance of AI literacy development within academia will be expressed along with how AI literacy can be integrated within instruction in general.
