ABSTRACT
The summarising chapter presents a summary and main conclusions from the conducted study. Hence, it explores to what extent research aims were realised and precisely describes what was done in each of the goals previously set. Moreover, this chapter presents the main contribution to the knowledge area. One is the in-depth and comprehensive look at the explored fields, which were previously analysed in a fragmented way. The results also revealed that relationship management and value co-creation processes are closely interconnected, and the approach to one of them will affect the second one. This chapter concludes with an indication of possible future research directions.
