ABSTRACT
Some of the recurring themes that arose in interviews related to certain unquantifiable and arguably intangible consequences of the pandemic, which were nevertheless mentioned so often and in so many contexts that they deserve summarizing here. These included: a newfound appreciation of the importance of communication, and of communicating in ways that led to collaborative and synergistic ways of working and problem solving; also, the development of organizational cultures and working practices that were often described as being more agile – that is, more versatile, flexible, and adaptable. Many literary heritage sites described these changes as some of the most positive aspects of the legacy left by the Covid-19 pandemic.
