Drawing from diverse schools of thought, it connects Buddhist principles to conflict resolution, Stoicism to decision-making and Heraclitus’ philosophy to change management. It also links utilitarianism to strategic planning, dialectics to business development, game theory to corporate strategy and transcendentalism and utopianism to organizational vision.
