ABSTRACT

The chapter examines dispute resolution mechanisms within European University Alliances (EUAs), with particular attention to those operating under the Erasmus+ framework. It focuses on alliances that have established a legal entity, distinguishing between those incorporated under national legal systems (Belgian, German, Dutch, or Austrian law) and those adopting European legal forms such as the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) or the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC).
