ABSTRACT
This chapter explores how feminist foreign policy (FFP) can enhance environmental communication by integrating gender-sensitive and intersectional principles. It positions FFP as a framework aligned with environmental justice, emphasising inclusive dialogue, care ethics and participatory approaches. The study investigates how states like Sweden, Canada and Germany operationalise feminist values in climate communication, identifying both potential and limitations. By framing environmental communication through feminist principles, the chapter argues for a transformative approach that prioritises equity, justice and representation.
