ABSTRACT
For society to progress, nothing is more crucial than preparing and motivating our most vital asset: people. It is essential to help them succeed in their pursuits, provide an environment that nurtures success, and encourage them to strive for a scalable and sustainable impact. Recognising that everyone possesses unique strengths is important, enabling them to create value and make a difference. However, everyone needs an opportunity to showcase their abilities. Sustainable growth and prosperity can be achieved by investing in people through awareness, capacity building, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing (Kamel, 2021). Life is a learning journey. I have been inspired by many influential individuals from various walks of life, and their diverse backgrounds and cultures have enriched my perspective (Kamel, 2020).
