ABSTRACT

“Information technology and business are becoming inextricably interwoven. I don’t think anybody can talk meaningfully about one without talking about the other”. 1 Such a statement, made by Bill Gates in 1999, is still relevant in the context of today's legal industry. In fact, technology is not only limited to lawyers, who are also experts in the field of technology, but all legal professions need to master some technological skills. As a result of the ever-changing environment, technology has also influenced the practice of law in various ways. 2
