ABSTRACT

The four cases presented above provide helpful material to identify some dynamics that enrich, redirect, or correct what has been observed in the theoretical part of this text, offering a comparison with reality that can lend body and concreteness to the four models of the Empowering Matrix proposed above. These final chapters aim to address these dynamics by discussing them on a case-by-case basis and developing cross-case reasoning. The goal is to obtain, on the one hand, valuable lessons to refine our understanding of the topics covered from a theoretical point of view and, on the other hand, intuitions that can then be used by social or commercial entrepreneurs, by operators of public administrations or non-profit associations to concretely implement Empowering Social Business Hybrids that bring new solutions to problems of social marginalization through empowerment practices.
