ABSTRACT
The chapter explains why people are critical to the success of airlines and also the idiosyncrasies of the industry that mean that people management is especially difficult. The management of CAPs is particularly challenging. This chapter discusses approaches to managing CAPs and why the supply problem for CAPs exists.
