ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the data from the View from the Flight Deck study concerning the nature of work of CAPs. The analysis in this chapter focuses on issues such as working time, flexibility and work-life balance. The chapter also explores what matters to CAPs and finds that greater control over one's work schedule is important to CAPs.
