ABSTRACT
In the era of digitalization, organizations are undergoing significant changes. Digitization affects the processes taking place within the organization and defines the role of the individual in the work environment. To adapt to a rapidly changing environment, effective digital change management is essential.
The content of this chapter is divided into five parts. The first part operationalizes the concept of digitalization. The essence and dimensions of digitalization are presented. The second part is devoted to the organization facing the challenges of digitalization. The third part focuses on the presentation of technology acceptance models in the conditions of digitalization. The fourth part presents the opportunities and threats for organizations resulting from digitalization. The fifth part presents the structure of factors determining the level of digitization of enterprises. The content of this chapter is the result of a systematic review of the literature.
