ABSTRACT
Within the 250-year project of the Escape from Poverty/Great Enrichment, it is this fourth phase that is now apparently drawing to an end, culminating in the septennium that we described earlier. But what is the connection between the fourth phase and the problems we identified in the first chapter? To clarify this, it is helpful to have a closer look at the dynamics and key assumptions of this fourth phase.
