ABSTRACT
Ontario Systems is the leader in the US accounts receivable (AR) and revenue management software market, with over 75,000 seats across the accounts receivable management, healthcare, and government segments. Their market dominance was extended further when Ontario Systems purchased the second largest AR software firm in mid-2016. Ontario Systems started offering Version 1 of their fully integrated SaaS-based contact platform in 2013, Contact Savvy. They were especially attracted to the security rigor in the AWS east region for commercial business, and the FISMA compliant GovCloud located in the west region to support plans to expand their presence in the government space. The revenue management industry is one driven by operational efficiency and a high level of compliance. Ontario Systems Contact Management application architecture utilizes micro-services running in Docker containers which are spread across a variety of load optimized infrastructure instances.
