ABSTRACT

This study focused on decision-making processes in MSF Holland and ACT Netherlands and tried to answer the question how these processes are related to their organizational features and the outcomes of decision-making. Now we have gained more insight in these three factors, there is some ground to take a look beyond the horizon of this study. A relevant question to ask, after the presentation of the empirical and theoretical conclusions in the previous chapter, is to what extent these conclusions are valid for the larger community of humanitarian NGOs or beyond.
