ABSTRACT
In community-facility planning, the tasks of the planner are to plan the location, size, and building’s outlines (such as building volume and room composition) and to manage the facility, which must be fit for the purpose and at the same time reflect the demands of residents in the community. The facility-location problem of where to construct the facility within the community is a particularly important task.
