ABSTRACT

With the growing emphasis on education in society attention has been drawn also to the location and equality of distribution of educational services. The present study is a continuation of the author's previous report where it was established that great structural differences exist between different economic regions, with respect to secondary education. This study is an attempt to find causes for these regional differences in educational structure.
