ABSTRACT
Chapter 3 emphasised how you are not alone in the school but must be part of various teams, but you can also see how the school has to respond to outside pressures but also receives support from many sources. Some of these sources are valuable resources for you – especially the training and development sources or various websites run by these outside bodies.
