Overview of the Pragmatics of Brief Group Therapy in the Context of Managed Mental Health Care

Managed care requires more documentation and reporting of the process, which adds a dimension not usually practiced by the majority of group leaders. This chapter will track the course of someone being referred, evaluated, and approved for group therapy under a managed mental health care system.
