ABSTRACT

Lois is known for her big heart. She is a generous person, eager to share her possessions with anyone in need. Lois’ friends and neighbors can count on her for tablecloths, wrapping paper, or screws and bolts of any shape and size. Her children have tons of arts and crafts materials. Lois can hardly contain herself whenever she takes one of her kids to the arts and crafts store. All the surfaces in Lois’ home are covered with things someone might need someday. A true “people person,” she saves every gift anyone has ever given her. That explains the exotic vinegars, herb pots, and multiple salt and peppershakers that crowd her kitchen counters. Totes, handbags, luggage, plastic rain caps, tiny sewing kits, and all sorts of travel supplies cram her closets, though Lois herself only travels once or twice a year. “You just never know when someone might need these things,” Lois explains.
