ABSTRACT
In general terms, diffusion is a dynamic process, which depends on time, that implies that at least an elementary unit of matter, information or any measurable entity travels along a particular environment (so called media)
along time. In the present chapter we start the discussion from problems in a discrete environment, constituted of homogeneous cells, the particles are of mechanical type (therefore having mass and velocity).
