ABSTRACT
Early clinical symptoms of tuberculosis include chronic cough, fever, anorexia, weight loss, and hemoptysis. Clinical examination of the chest may reveal no abnormality or may disclose signs of tachypnea, wheeze, decreased breath sounds, or bronchial breath sounds (depending on the nature of the underlying complication). TB has a range of histological appearances, and these appearances are part of a dynamic process.
