The first phase of the OD project is highlighted in Figure 4.1. In this phase you are aiming to answer three questions.
First, ‘Why change?’Without a satisfactory answer to this question you will not be able to build the necessary business case or get the sponsorship and resources to make your OD project deliver successful results.
