ABSTRACT
Phase two starts when you have decided that you are ready to go ahead and that you have a reasonable idea of what you are ‘putting your hand up for’. In this phase, highlighted in Figure 5.1, you start from knowing where your organization is now (current state) to clarifying where you want your organization to be (future state). Phase two is about determining the size and shape of the transformation project that will get you from current to future state.
