ABSTRACT
A few present-day observers have gone so far as to proclaim that this current urban transformation may be the most dramatic in more than 10,000-years history of urbanization.! am also tempted to raise the speculative possibility that the still ongoing transition from the modern to the postmodem metropolis may eventually lead to a fourth Urban Revolution.
