ABSTRACT

In 1977, Alan j. Heeger, Allen. Jennifer and Hideki Shirakawa succeeded in doping high conductivity iodine with polyacetylene, then people have great interest in the area of conducting polymer. In 2004, we have a new definition of graphene(Iijima,1991). It is a dense, wrapped in honeycomb crystal lattice of carbon atoms on the two-dimensional crystal carbon materials(Stoller, Park and Zhu 2008) and it has good electrical conductivity and large specific surface area. Polyaniline material chemistry has strong stability. It also has a good electrical conductivity and high turns capacitance characteristics. Its raw material sources, low cost, easy synthesis leads to a broad application prospect(Saliger, Fiseher and Herta, 1998), such as super capacitor(Conway,1991) electrode materials. Graphene is a research hotspot in recent years, due to the particularity of its structure, making it having excellent electrical conductivity. Polyaniline/ graphene can be compatible with the advantages of the two and become another research hot spot.
