ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an opportunity to give more attention to the nature of change in PCE, and how it can and does affect our everyday work and lives. It provides a guide to positive change management which should help any teacher in PCE both think about and act on the changes they encounter, move more confidently forward in the way they manage change, and work with others towards improving the future.
