ABSTRACT
For the purpose of providing a tool to be used in the efforts against occupational accidents in the Danish iron and chemical industry, a practical guide to risk analysis of occupational activities was prepared by Risø National Laboratory. A generally applicable method was established for this purpose, and the method was implemented into a practical guide, which contains a procedure very similar to a HAZOP analysis.
