ABSTRACT
The evaluation of student research is nearly always made through an assessment of the written account of the work undertaken and the conclusions reached. In addition, students are often required to explain or defend verbally their findings. This chapter will be concerned with the two aspects and will consider the steps which need to be taken to ensure that both written and verbal presentation satisfy requirements.
