ABSTRACT
The methods presented in this chapter can be combined with the FEM presented in Chapter 6 to solve problems of exterior/interior coupling. In this category of problems, the structure couples two fluid domains. The interior domain is bounded, whereas the exterior domain is unbounded. This is, for example, the case of a structure coupled to an internal cavity and radiating in an unbounded heavy fluid.
