ABSTRACT
The greatest challenge of the twenty-first century for companies and their leaders is to be effective in the global environments. Being effective does not necessarily mean to work harder or to have longer working hours. It means that modern companies require employees, who are able to make decisions, take responsibility, and think flexibly about everything that their organization is involved in.
