The following checklist for wrapping out a shoot day ensures that the Filmmakers are prepared and organized for the next filming day. Because they have to actualize their budget, it is essential that they collect paperwork from vendors and keep it organized. The following items must be dealt with in the last week of production, with an eye toward wrapping: During the final week of production, start scheduling the film's post-production needs. With their low-budget film, the division of labor may not be as clearly delineated as it is here; that is, they may be the post-production supervisor or the producer as well as the line producer. As the line producer, they oversee the return of equipment, close out paperwork, finalize cast and crew payroll, complete and file Screen Actors Guild paperwork, close vendor accounts and secure final numbers, collect production and continuity notebooks, and actualize the budget.
