ABSTRACT
Introduction The changes within the construction industry over the past decade have been profound. The impact of those changes has been most clearly manifest in the fresh, more vibrant and collaborative culture that has pervaded almost all of those ‘delivering’ construction today. Indeed, such has been this attitude step-change that in many respects those within the industry today are already light years ahead of those outside observers, both academic and governmental, who are the most vocal in calling for the need for change.
