ABSTRACT

The increasing variety, reliability and use of digital technologies are changing how teachers and students learn and relate to one another. Emerging technologies and their application to teaching, learning, administrative and communication processes in schools challenge our ideas about student achievement, effective teaching practice and how schools are best organized and led. Together these changes call for a new way of thinking about the teaching and learning workspace for teachers and students and the approaches needed to monitor and assess the effectiveness of, and links between, the teaching and learning experiences.
