ABSTRACT
Animals do not commit crimes; people do. One of the crimes they commit is the crime of animal cruelty. People neglect and abuse animals to extreme degrees. Animals are starved, beaten, shot, and stabbed. Basically, whatever people do to each other, they do to animals.
