As you transition from your practice, think of utilizing the tools that you have used in building your Arch3.0 practice. Build a transition scorecard; identify mission, vision, and goals (with the outcomes defined). Map and leverage your weak links and structural holes. Provide access to new ideas through an open network of innovation and disruption. And put yourself into collaborative service throughout your network.
