ABSTRACT
In this final chapter, I would like to share my thoughts and insights about theNLERAPprocess aswell as articulate, frommyvantagepoint, important next steps in our journey. Specifically, I want to highlight three issues: (1) the consensus that emerged from our agenda document process, namely the need for a participatory approach to research; (2) the challenges that are inherent in this communal approach; and (3) what is needed to implement NLERAP’s agenda.
