ABSTRACT
In the era of knowledge economy, an important issue facing enterprise universities is how to integrate and utilize all kinds of knowledge resources of enterprises. This paper expounds the function of knowledge management, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of knowledge management in the college, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of implementing knowledge management, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of knowledge management, so as to comprehensively improve the level of knowledge service.
