ABSTRACT
With the increase of college students and graduates year by year, the employment situation is grim. Starting from the internal and external factors of students, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment of college students, and puts forward the main points of promoting the employment of college students. This paper examines this issue through guiding students to formulate career planning, enhancing students’ psychological quality, integrating emotional education and fine management into the cultivation and education of undergraduate students, developing alumni resources, building a good platform for students’ employment, and constructing a long-term mechanism for college students’ employment.
