ABSTRACT

This paper aims to improve the quality of graduate education in schools of economics and management, and to build an efficient mechanism for graduate training. By using the method of system dynamics, through the investigation and analysis of the operation mechanism of various universities, this paper reveals the factors influencing the quality of postgraduate training and their causal relationship. The results show that the quality of postgraduate training is mainly affected by the quality of tutor, enrollment and selection, classroom teaching quality, thesis quality, graduate innovation ability training, and graduate “double I” education. At the same time, the study provides countermeasures and suggestions for each university to improve the quality of postgraduate training in economics and management.
