ABSTRACT

Hydraulic turbine blades are a core part of large hydropower equipment and measurement of the blade has a crucial impact on the overall operational eciency and service. As the demand improved constantly for the output power and eciency, the specifications and precision demand for the hydraulic turbine blades are increasingly higher than before, the profile sizes of the hydraulic turbine blade are increasingly larger, we are often unable to access to get all the data once when in the process of three-dimensional measurement of the hydraulic turbine blades. Based on the size of the target structure in this paper, acquiring multiple images by the way of the segmentations shooting, three-dimensional parameters are extracted from the hydraulic turbine blades and splicing to form the overall three-dimensional data and to reconstruct the hydraulic turbine blade surface information.
