ABSTRACT
Image delusion is a disease of numerous management team members. Image delusion makes the patient feel a certain satisfaction, and before long, pathetic complacency begins to shine on the face of the patient. An expert organization used to hold an annual strategy day for the management of the company and the board of directors, which consisted of external members. This common strategy process took advantage in a unique way of the company's internal experience, as well as its external expertise. The board of directors is an essential stakeholder for the highest management team of an organization and the board has, at best, a great influence on the success of the company. Almost every company and corporation cultivates the word "customer" in their statements, activity reports, values and celebratory speeches. The board of directors in an expert organization agreed that its members could be in contact with the operational management team.
